TRADITIONAL SAVOURY SNACK SELECTION  - £15  These Mini Scotch Eggs, Mini Sausage Rolls, Mini Cheese & Onion Rolls, Cocktail Sausages and Mini Pasties are an ideal addition to any buffet.  

FRUIT PLATTER - £15  This is a refreshing combination of fresh fruits such as, Melon, Strawberries, Blueberries, Grapes, Orange and Pineapple.  Combinations may change during seasons.  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 
On occasions due to supply or seasonal availability we reserve the right to substitute buffet items without prior notice. Any substitute items will be of equal quality and the same or greater value. Any items substituted of a greater value, we absorb this cost. Our office is open from 8.00am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Weekends we are open to private functions only. We also have a 24 hour message service available. If you leave a message after hours we will reply within 24 hours. Whilst it is always helpful to know the numbers in advance, we appreciate that sometimes things do change or you may not have exact guest figures, therefore we would appreciate final numbers to be communicated 14 days prior to your function date. 
 
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: 
Your function arrangements are confirmed once a deposit has been paid. Once a deposit has been paid, these terms and conditions apply. A deposit of 10% of the total cost will be required to secure the booking date. We kindly request that deposits are paid no later than 7 days after the agreed quotation and verbal agreement of your function. One of the team will be happy to advise you of the payment methods available. We require full payment no later than 30 days prior to your function. You can of course pay beforehand or one of the team will be happy to discuss further payment options with you. Where possible we try to include all costs in the overall total however should there be any late amendments it may be necessary to revise the original total. Any new totals will be provided to you within 48 hours wherever possible. 
 
FOR CORPORATE CLIENTS: 
we are happy to discuss invoice requirements with you. 
 
CANCELLATION BY YOU & ASSOCIATED CHARGES: 
Should you need to cancel your catering arrangements the following cancellation charges will apply Cancellation notified within 30 days in advance of the event date incurs the loss of the Deposit. Cancellation 29 days to 14 days loss of 50% total balance. Cancellation 14 days or less incurs loss of whole balance. We look forward to being of assistance to you.
